1. Can I exchange furniture from anywhere in India?

  • Currently, the Exchange Offer is active only in Delhi/Ncr. We’ll keep you posted if we extend the initiative to more cities.

2. What products are eligible in the Exchange Offer?

  • For now, we’re extending the exchange for sofas and beds only. For sofas, only 3-seater sofas are eligible. Single seater sofas, plastic chairs, and/or steel chairs are NOT eligible. For beds, wooden or wrought iron beds are eligible.

3. Can I exchange a sofa or bed, for any product on The Deco World?

  • To keep things simple, we’re asking that customers who Exchange a sofa, choose a new sofa only. It’s a like-for-like exchange. So you can Exchange your old bed and sofa and get up to Rs.10000 off on a new The Deco World bed or a new The Deco World Sofa.

4. Sounds good. Do you have a list of all the categories I can choose from when I exchange my old sofa or bed?

5. Is there a code applicable, or does the discount apply automatically?

  • We do have a code for each category. Will send the code to you once we receive pictures of your old furniture.

6. What if I exchange more than one sofa or bed? Can I buy two new The Deco World products, both at same offer?

  • You’re welcome to exchange more than one product. Please note that to avail the offer; you will have to place two separate orders.

7. If I exchange any one eligible product, but want to buy two (or more) sofas or beds, is the exchange offer applicable on the whole order?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot extend the exchange offer on your entire order. If you have bought two or more beds or sofas, while exchanging one product, we’ll apply the offer on the highest priced eligible item.

8. Who will collect the furniture I want to Exchange?

  • We, i.e. The Deco World, will collect your old furniture when we come to deliver your new furniture.

9. What condition is acceptable for the furniture to be valid for Exchange?

  • Ideally, the furniture should be gently used, and in good shape. Your old sofa or bed should be:
    » Unbroken
    » Free from tears and stains
    » Send the pictures of your Old Furniture to our sales team at
  • If our delivery teams find that the old furniture is not eligible for Exchange, we reserve the right to cancel the order and delivery of the new product. We will refund the order amount in full, if we find your old furniture unacceptable.

  • The promotion is applicable only in Delhi / NCR.
  • The promotion is a limited period offer.
  • The promotion is applicable on Beds and Sofas
  • Please note, a customer can exchange an old product only from similar categories i.e. you can exchange a bed for a new bed, a sofa for a new sofa etc. You cannot, however, exchange your old sofa for a new bed.
  • In case there are multiple products exchanged for a certain category, two separate orders need to be placed i.e. if you exchange two old sofas for two new beds; two orders need to be created. You must select the two beds you wish to purchase and create two orders on our website.
  • In case you cancel an order placed with this promotion post-delivery, we will not be able to return the old products.
  • In case you cancel an order placed with this promotion, the replacement product should belong to the same category for which you are cancelling the order.
  • In case you cancel an order placed with the exchange offer, before the delivery of the product, only the amount paid by you will be refunded.
  • There is no minimum spend to get this offer on your purchase.
  • This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of The Deco World will be final and binding on the customer.
